 Hey everyone! I hope you all have had a wonderful day so far. As I sit here typing this, I think about just how thankful I am for so many things. I am thankful to God that he allowed me to see another day and helped me push through the last few months. I am so thankful and blessed to have such amazing family and friends who have been by my side and have never stopped praying for me. I know I'm biased, but I really do believe I have the best family there is. 😁  During the holidays, please remember those who are experiencing it without their loved one, or those who are homeless, have lost everything, etc. Pray that they will push through the hard times and that they will see a better day. This time of year is really hard for some... remember to be humble and be kind.  ...which is a good thing. I thought I would do a quick update for everyone. I am still unable to eat by mouth and am still having to use the feeding tube. I was hoping to be a bit further along by this point, but it's not happening. I am able to drink some water by mouth though. I also am still unable to talk clearly; although, I do believe it's getting better than it was with the clarity of the speech. I'm thinking it will probably take quite a while to get back to a sense of 'normal' when it comes to my speech.  I want to thank you all again for the thoughts and prayers.
